Shipping and Returns

Pre-Orders 

  • All orders will be dispatched as soon as your items are ready (within a 2 week period, or less).

Shipping Policy 

Domestic Deliveries 

  • We offer island-wide free shipping.
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order. If an order is placed after 3 pm we will take 1 extra day to process.
  • Deliveries will take place 2 to 5 days after order dispatch, if there is a specific day which you would like to receive your order, please inform us at info@buildyoursitewithwebluxeglobal.comm. We can arrange a Pickme flash at your expense. 
  • All deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday during the hours of 9am-6pm.
  • We do our best to make sure that all our deliveries take place within the time-frames. However, on rare occasions, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time-frames due to delays on our part or the courier – we appreciate your understanding in such instances. 
  • Miscarried deliveries due to incorrect contact information or absence of receiver will be reattempted at a fee.

International Deliveries 

  • We offer 7-10 days worldwide express shipping. 
  • Please allow us 3 days to process your order.
  • The customer has the option to choose between postal or express delivery, we will contact you regarding this once the order has been placed.
  • Once an order has been placed, our customer service team will send an email confirming the weight and details of the package.

Refunds/Returns 

  1. LOCAL CUSTOMERS
  •  All returns/exchanges must be done within 7 days of purchase.
  • You have the choice of returning the item for store credit or to exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product. We do not offer refunds.
  • The customer will bear the cost of the delivery of the new item – for all local customers, we will be able to arrange pick-up & delivery for a flat fee of LKR 350. 
  • Please read our Exchange Policy below for more information. 
  1. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
  • All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase.
  • You have the choice of returning the item for store credit or to exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product. We do not offer refunds. 

Exchange Policy

  • No returns/exchanges for items on sale.
  • All exchanges are based on the availability of stocks.
  • All items should be in their original condition as when purchased once delivered to us, if the item fails our inspection rounds, the exchange request will be denied. 
  • The item is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Honey Looms, so please ensure the safety of the package.
  • If the new item requested has a higher price point than the original product, the customer will pay the price difference.
  • If the new item requested has a lower price point than the original product, the customer will be given store credit worth that amount as we do not offer cash or bank transfer refunds.
  • Please tolerate a total of up to 2 weeks for your return/exchange to be processed, we thank you in advance for your patience.
