PLACING ORDERS

To place an order, you can either open an account with us, or you can use our Guest Checkout. If opening an account with Honey Looms, you will be required to provide us with some compulsory personal information.

You confirm that all personal information provided to us by you is accurate, true to your knowledge, and kept up to date. You can, at any time, update or correct your details by logging in to your Account.

When you create an account, we will ask you to create a password to allow you to access your account, and to maintain account security on this website. You are responsible for keeping your password and account information confidential.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

When you order on our website, you are submitting to us a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping bag for personal usage or consumption, and we will do our utmost to fulfil this order to the service levels you expect. 

Orders can be reviewed and amended before purchasing so you should ensure that you have checked the order thoroughly before submitting it to us. Please note it is not possible to amend an order once it has been submitted.

You will receive an Order Confirmation from us via e-mail which will be sent to the email address of the account holder. This Order Confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute our acceptance of the order.

Acceptance of orders is at our discretion. When goods are dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and at the point of receipt of dispatch note. We will inform you if an item you have tried to order is out of stock.

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by any of the options advertised on our business website. Payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails, your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.

Payment online: Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorized third party to intercept the data. Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing either a locked padlock icon or an image of a padlock next to the payment details in the relevant area of the Business website.

ORDER STATUS

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM Monday-Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

If you want to check the status of your order, please use the order number generated while order confirmation was given and send us an email and we will get back to you with the status. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

We have an Island wide shipping for Sri Lanka and Internationally focused shipping to (UAE) 

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping in Sri Lanka.

 

IMPORT DUTY

Goods dispatched to other countries outside of Sri Lanka. May be liable to Import Duty and Local Taxes. When ordering from us you agree to pay any such costs which may be imposed by your country’s government.

If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Local Taxes imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Local Taxes or penalty imposed by your government.

 

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact a Honey Looms Customer Representative at ___No.____ or email us at __________. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Should you ever buy anything from us that is damaged, you may return any of our products, intact in original packaging and tags, for a full 100% money-back guarantee.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you should need further information regarding the return of any Honey Looms products, please do not hesitate to call us at_____ No._____ and it would be our pleasure to assist you however we could.

We only exchange products purchased on our website. Any products purchased from a third-party outlet, exchange would depend on their terms and conditions.

All items purchased from Honey Looms are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
